Les Fouchardes is the special kind of vineyard you hear about but rarely taste, a proper treasure where tracking down the bottles is quite the task. Thankfully, we've done the lord's work for you. Old vines planted back in 1970 crank out a wine that’s dense and smooth, stitched together with plush fruit and a mineral thread running right throughout. Aged for two years in barrel before bottling, because good things take time. ABV: 13.5%
