A whole-bunch infusion of Pinot Noir, topped up with direct press Pinot Blanc where only the free run juice makes the cut. This is one of my all-time favourites: the wine that made me believe great grapes could grow on this sorry little island. Honestly, I never thought it would see the light of day again. Deep pink, light red or blouge. Whatever you call it, it's utterly delicious. Bursting with cherries, cranberries, and strawberries. You think of a red fruit, this has got it. No additions, just magic. ABV: 11%
