Grapes were destemmed, crushed, and left on skins for 6 hours before the free-run juice headed to stainless for a wild ferment that wrapped up quickly. It’s got a little spritz and is what I'd firmly consider a 'breakfast wine'. Easy drinking, but far from dull. ABV: 11%
