The red fruit is starting to ease into the background, making way for that Zweiglt spice, and herbal edge to take centre stage. There’s still a wicked line of acidity running through it, so if you’ve got more patience than me and like things savoury and seductive, this can reward for many years to come. ABV:11.5%
