Hi! Welcome to Parched. We sell drinks that actually taste good. That means wine, hard liquor and things for those who aren't drinking but still want their thirst quenched. We also have a tonne of fancy things to go alongside your fancy drinks
At Parched, we’re here to quench every kind of thirst, from curious beginners discovering natural wines to fans chasing rare, cult classics. Whatever your taste, we do it all so that you can have it all.
The Weekender Box
The Weekender is our weekly limited-release case, available from 2pm Friday until midnight Sunday (or until sold out!).
Each week we release two curated cases at circa 25% off, created to reward our most engaged customers and keep the cellar moving. Both are limited to 6 of each. It's first in best dressed each week, set the alarm.
The Weekender – £80
Proper bang for your buck. £80 delivered to your door, with around £100+ worth of wine inside. No filler, no funny business — just cracking bottles that drink well above their pay grade.
The Don – £180
This is where we get a bit serious. A primo line-up built from the good stuff — this week we're diving deeper into Rhône, proper Shiraz, and the kind of bottles you’d normally think twice over before putting in your basket. Expect names like Balthazar, Iserand, Paralian and other cellar favourites when they make the cut. Lock yourself up and throw away the key kind of vibes.

Everybody Loves Parched, and These
Direct Imports // Imported Direct // Producers We Love
We have the incredibly tough job of venturing overseas a few times a year to seek out fresh producers. It is hard work, and you are welcome. Here's who we currently represent...
Dan's
Opened in January 2022, Dan's has become one of the reference point wine bars of London (their words...). Here we offer the entire Parched range, as well as some other, harder to find gems that don't find their way onto the website. The vibe is ultra casual, and we're blessed with a huge, south facing suntrap on the Dalston Riviera. It's a winey dream. Cya there.
