Warehouse Move – Temporary Dispatch Delays
We will be relocating our warehouse between the 27th of November and the 3rd of December.
This means any orders placed after the 27th of November will be processed on Wednesday the 3rd of December.
During this period, there may be slight delays in the dispatch and delivery of orders.
If you need your wine by a specific date, please email us at wine@parched.wine
so we can confirm timing.

Standard Delivery (Mainland UK)
Parched Wine offers free nationwide delivery to most of mainland UK on orders over £80.
For orders under £80, a delivery charge of £7.50 per address applies.
Orders placed before 2:30pm are dispatched on a next-day service. Orders placed after 2:30pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, will be processed on the next working day.
Example: An order placed after 2:30pm on a Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.
Please note that next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed. Due to the nature of shipping wine, breakages or courier delays may occasionally occur. If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at wine@parched.wine, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery Outside Mainland UK
Deliveries to locations outside mainland UK may take longer to arrive and incur higher shipping costs.
Unfortunately, free shipping does not apply to these areas due to increased delivery charges.

Same-Day Delivery (Most of London)
If you’re in London and need your wine delivered the same day, please contact us for a quote.

Delivery to Duty-Paid Reserves or Storage
We can send purchases directly to your duty-paid reserves storage or overseas shipper.
Please include any relevant delivery details in the checkout notes and confirm via email at wine@parched.wine.
Any additional delivery or re-routing costs will be charged to the customer.
Signatures & Proof of Age
Deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. If you request for an order to be left without a signature, it is done at your own risk.
Parched Wine does not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you or the recipient is at least 18 years old. Our couriers reserve the right to request proof of age or refuse delivery if they are unsure of the recipient’s age.
Delivery to Europe
For all European orders please note the prices seen are without any taxes or duties. If you live in a country where your government requires additional taxes or duty to be paid for receiving alcohol, you the customer are responsible for deciding to declare this. By purchasing wines from Thirsty Boy Wine Co Ltd t/a Parched, you accept full responsibility in deciding whether to declare & pay additional taxes for your wines and accept Thirsty Boy Wine Co Ltd t/a Parched will not incur any such charges, should they arise. Please note, that for any refunds required for international orders, they will have processing fees and shipping costs deducted.
All orders placed before 2:30pm Monday to Friday are shipped using the service Parcelforce EuroEconomy. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your Parcelforce tracking number. Due to the nature of shipping wine there can be breakages. If your parcel is delayed, you don't receive it or there was an issue with delivery please email us at wine@parched.wine
