Amélie and Sébastien have racked up quite the CV between them, counting Bornard, Overnoy and Tissot among their work experience, and have parlayed that into some of the most vibrant, exciting wines in the Jura. They have just over one hectare of vines, farming the soil by horse, and working incredibly gently in the cellar, with no temperature control or additions, to ensure their wines are as true an expression of place as possible.
