Old-vine material from the Ardèche OGs at Le Mazel. As ever, it gets a long, slow press to draw out as much joy as possible from those beautifully farmed grapes before spending nearly three years undisturbed in barrel. The signature wild Anders charm is here, and you will need to enjoy a touch of volatile acidity to get the most from this bottle. Viognier’s usually exuberant fruit takes a gentle back seat, which lets the subtle spice fully show. Anders says it is one of his personal favourites from this site. I'd agree. ABV: 13.75%
