Both shades of Grenache picked nice and ripe on the same day before being pressed, slowly over a couple of days. Grapefruit and roses come to mind and there is a savoury almost oxidative note coming from the lengthy pressing. Is this a typical rosé? No. Is it delicious? Absolutely. ABV: 15.25%
