Sourcing some fruit from the south after Benoit decided to blend all his plots of Gamay in the warmth of 2023. Some is directly pressed, some is macerated. Signature Benoit vibrancy with a fruit profile that feels pleasingly southern. Harmounious after 1 year of elevage. This is wild and beautiful.

3 weeks whole bunch maceration and 1 year elévage who a typically Auvergnat expression of the grape. Smokey and seductive with a really sapid core of fruit from the warm vintage. Nothing better.
