Neighsayers often remark about how natural wines are mere exercises in short extraction for simple 'glou glou' styles. I say, drink a bottle of this! Deep and brooding, this is Cab Franc in its most unadulterated form. Long maceration before a long élevage before a long snooze in the bottle. Time is key and we have now been greatly rewarded. This is a big wine, spiced plummy fruit giving way to seriously tasty notes of undergrowth and forest floor. There is so much going on, words don't do it justice. ABV: 12%
