I’ve seen some wines described as herbal and often been left wondering. Not here. This is so fragrant and pleasantly green in all the best ways. Lime-laced, crunchy apple, then all the herbs: basil, mint, thyme. Beautiful balance between fruit and bitters, which makes it as refreshing as an ice-cold G&T on a warm day. From experience, these only get better with age, but it’s hard to keep your hands off. ABV: 12%
