Another clever single-site bottling from what many would consider an Oregon Grand Cru. The fruit sits firmly in the red camp. It is nicely ripe but not over the top. There’s a herbal, earthy quality at play; sarsaparilla comes to mind, though I’ve been told that might be a bit too niche. Too late now. ABV: 13%
