Domaine Cécile Tremblay are a small Burgundian estate in Morey-Saint-Denis whose star is on the rise. They produce an array of Pinot Noir from villages-level to premier cru. The domaine was founded in 2003 when Cécile took over three hectares of vineyards that had previously grown fruit to sell off to other producers. It has since grown to nine hectares, and was farmed organically and biodynamically since the beginning. Harvest is done by hand, with whole bunches being used for the top cuvées, and the wines are aged in barrel for 15-18 months.
