Charlotte Sonjon pivoted from a career as an agricultural engineer to that of vigneronne in 2013. She worked as an assistant at various wineries in the Savoie before spying a plot on the shores of Lake Bourget, just at the foot of Bauges massif mountain range, that she could call her own, a goal she achieved in 2019. Her approach is minimal intervention, harvesting everything by hand. For the whites she uses a mixture of old barrel and cuve, while the reds are made exclusively in stainless steel. A teeny tiny single gram of SO2 is added at bottling.
