Barrel-aged Sauvignon Blanc from vines just north of Sury-en-Vaux. This one hits that sweet spot where texture meets tenstion. It's ripe but still razor-sharp. It is exactly what I want from Sauvignon Blanc. Something that is not easy to achieve. Sensational drinkin' if you're a fan of terroir driven bottles. ABV: 14%
