Dappled, 'Les Vergers' Chardonnay 2023

The Les Vergers vineyard was planted in the early 90s, with own rooted vines growing on rich red volcanic soils. It's a bit shy at first but my lord when it goes it truly goes. The fruit power is very apparent, in the green orchard spectrum, backed up by zinging acidity and smokey, fennel spice cut. A stunner for the mid to long term. ABV: 13%
