Desert island drinking, right here. Hands down my favourite Pet-Nat on the planet and just in time for summer. Annoyingly, it’s made in tiny quantities... so stock up while you can. It’s a direct press of Gamay and Pinot Noir from one of the couple’s top sites, tucked above the commune of Volnay. Textured, vibrant, and constantly evolving from first sip to last. Zero additions, just 750ml of pure, unadulterated pleasure.
If you'd prefer a cleaner drinkin' experience, I recommend chilling this right down and pouring with care. If you want things more textured and cloudy, give this a good old shake. ABV: 11.5%
