So glad this has finally landed in the UK. I’ve tasted it a couple of times in France over the past year, and I’m going to go out on a limb and say this is easily my favourite expression of rosé Champagne. When I say rosé, don’t expect anything pale or delicate. This is deeply hued, with a level of extraction and flavour unlike anything I’ve tasted. Mineral-laden, gorgeously spiced, with wild strawberry fruit in spades. I’m genuinely getting emotional just thinking about it. Champagne doesn't get much more soulful than this. ABV 12.5%
