Betty Bulles is constantly changing from vintage to vintage. Previous iterations had Chenin and Vermentino. In 2025 we see the unlikely marriage of Savagnin and Gewürztraminer. Well, perhaps not that unusual as the latter is actually a direct, pink-skinned, and highly aromatic mutation of the former. They do also work really well together. We get subtle florals but with plenty of drive. Limey, zesty and salty, this creative blend is about as refreshing as wine gets. You'd be hard pressed to find anything better to drink in the park this summer. For once, I'll let you off for needing nice glasses, drink this straight from the bottle and it'll still do nicely.
