David and Namina Didon founded Domaine Didon in 2017 in Chassey-le-Camp, just south of Beaune, within Bouzeron AOC, the only appellation dedicated to Aligote.

With 15 years’ experience at Domaine de Montille in Volnay, they later spent time with Patrick Meyer in Alsace, a leading authority on homeopathic vine treatments.
