Technically this is a 'pét-nat' but this is so far removed from the yeasty, cloudy numbers often associated with the style (no shade btw, I love them too). This just feels more finely tuned, sharing more in common with grower champers, with it's flavour profile showcasing apple, wet wool and brioche. A touch of cream and chalk is cut through by a searing vein of acid meaning this is a great choice for a fancy fizz that won't break the bank. No dosage. ABV: 13%
