One of the last bottles from the iconic Savoie estate. Trad Method Gringet from Dominique's oldest vines, which had three years on the lees before disgorgement by Vincent Ruiz, who has taken over the estate, under the new name Domaine Du Gringet. They won't be making any fizz so this is your last chance to taste... On my recent visit, Vincent disgorged a few strays of the '11 and '14 in front of my very eyes, and lets just say the aging potential here is not half bad. ABV: 12.5%
