Trebbiano Toscano given some TLC with a lovely one week maceration to coax out lovely orchard fruit, a bit of colour and plenty of refreshment. It's such a delicious drinking wine, marmalade-like yet dry and racy. We had this sitting in their old cellar, surrounded by more cheese and salumi than you could imagine. It cut through with ease.
