Pet Nat alla Badini, sounds good. The ferment was restarted in bottle with a bit of Vin Santo must as is the family tradition in this neck of the woods. Gentle effervescence partnered with elite levels of refreshment make this a no brainer. On my visit the table was laden with home produced cheese and charcuterie yet I left feeling lighter than upon entry, I think this wine is the reason.
