In a world of wine playing hard to get, there's hard to get and then there's Giovanni Canonica. Mature vines, mostly from the increasingly rare Nebbiolo Rose clone which gives greater accessibility and allure to the tannins. A deeper, more brooding expression than Paiagallo. 1 of a couple hundred, that's it.
