This is primarily Grecanico Dorato, an Etna mutation of Grecanico, along with a few other local varieties that not even Sonia is entirely sure of. While the blend may be a bit of a mystery, I can say with confidence that this is one of the tastiest whites I've had in quite some time. Grown at over 1,200 meters, this both energetic and elegant. Give it time and you’ll be amazed at what reveals itself. These 2023s are incredibly refined and classy. These just seem to be getting better with each passing vintage. ABV: 12%
