I distinctly remember saying upon trying this that I'd never tasted a red like this before, and I'll stand right by that statement. Old school varieties planted in volcanic soils around Mount Etna, including Grenazzu, dialect for Grenache, which are handpicked, destemmed and then macerated for 28 days before elevage in a mixture of concrete tanks and demijohns. This is bursting with Morello cherry flavours, juicy but serious at the same time. This is limited AF, so grab one while you still can. ABV: 13%
