Chevalières is located on the northern side of Meursault at an elevation of 270m. Thin and rocky limestone doing the gods work here. Winemaking is simple but thorough. Manual harvest, no racking, pretty much no bâtonnage and long slow natural ferments. We’re looking at a flinty and saline wine that will make any burg enthusiasts weak at the knees. ABV: 13%
