Icy is no stranger to Burgundy, having worked for respected importer Becky Wassermann for years.

Originally from Taiwan, she moved to New York to study Engineering at Columbia, where she discovered her love for wine. This led her to Burgundy, earning a Wine MBA with Distinction at the Burgundy School of Business and an Oenology Diploma at the University of Burgundy. There she connected with growers including Tomoko of Chanterêves, Bastian Wolber, Catharina Sadde and David Croix. When Bastian offered some organic old-vine Gamay, Icy decided to make her own wine.
