Grillo from the coastal plains of Marsala, there are worse places to be growing. 2/3 is direct pressed to old oak for fermentation, with the remainder macerating on skins for about a week before going into fibreglass. A ripper. Textural in the right areas, moreish in its salinity and pure in its vibrant, sun kissed fruit profile. ABV: 11.5%
