Jasmine Swan runs a small negoce project in Woellstein, sourcing fruit from the slopes of the Moselle river as well as neighbouring Nahe and Rheinhessen, and also has a tiny plot of 0.3 hectares all her own in the Mosel. She’s a bit of a trailblazer - her aim is to make wines that she herself likes to drink, without abiding by prescribed traditions of place or grape.
