Again volcanic sandstone doing plenty of heavy lifting. As ever though, there is such a delicate and lithe approach here. Purity in spades. Small berry Pinot fruit, whips of smoke and a little of that classic Pinot spice. There is something so drinkable about this. ABV: 11%
