Ahhh. I love Bouzeron. Aligoté at the pinnacle. Spicier and deeper than his Bourgogne, this has the material to go quite a bit further in the cellar. Brand new wine for us too, and I think it's the only proper Bouzeron on the shelves atm. Stupidly good drinkin' as per the Skyaasen way. ABV: 11.5%
