Ultra light this vintage, combined with Mataburro's usual insane levels of refreshment. 2023 was again drought-ridden, but thanks to some last minute rain at the time of harvest we get real, real freshness. One of those bottles where if you blink, you'll miss it. A bit like the South of France trying to emulate Jura Poulsard. Unbeatable in the heat. Serve chilled, drink fast. ABV: 11%
