Nicolas Jacob, Savagnin 'Les Chazaux' 2023 PARTY PACK :)

These Jacob wines have become proper unicorns over in the UK. As such, I think this is the first time we've had them online, and presumably that won't be for very long.  An old parcel of Savagnin planted over grey marl. The grapes were pressed directly and aged in old casks of various sizes for two years. Built for the long haul, but delicious and raw if you can't wait. ABV: 13.5%
