Chardonnay that took its sweet time, with a long, slow 48-month élevage in demi-muids. Patience is a virtue for this exact reason: the result is deep and layered, full of rich pastry notes and spice. A beautiful Jurassic expression with years behind it, as well as ahead of it, if you can wait that long. ABV: 12.5%
