My German isn't very good (non-existent), but I think this means the vineyard is 120meters above sea level? Anyway, made in that slightly reductive, moreish style I seemingly can't get enough of at the moment. I love the phenolic structure here, zero detectable sugar (0.3g) and such a fine thread of acidity that will carry you through the whole bottle in no time. My tasting notes just read. Lemon Thyme. Delicious. ABV: 11%
