Parched + Indigo Wines present... Ochota Barrels
We are extremely blessed and favoured to be welcoming none other than Australian heavyweight, Amber Ochota of Ochota Barrels, to Dan's for a very special tasting.
The wines of Ochota Barrels have been a firm staple on our shelves for years, and for good reason. Founded in 2008 by Amber and the late, great Taras Ochota, Ochota Barrels make beautiful wines with fruit sourced from small, carefully selected vineyards that share their commitment to organic and biodynamic farming practices.
The decision to make their own wine back home in the Adelaide Hills came about after Taras and Amber had been travelling around some of the world’s best wine and surf regions in the early 2000s – in their own words, "we just want to produce something delicious and gorgeous for all of us to enjoy with none of the nasties and more of the love"
This is an extremely rare opportunity to taste through the Ochota range with the talent behind the wines – we can't wait welcome Amber to Dan's and to share the wines with you all.
