Challenging times call for creativity, and in this rough vintage Pierre decided to blend his older vine parcels with a tiny splash of younger vine fruit. In the cellar he opted for a one week infusion of 10% whole bunches in pressed juice. The result is a pristine and pale red that falls somewhere between rosé and light red. It's full of delicate and detailed red berries and herbs. It's hard not to instantly reach for another glass. Behind the modest labels is some of the most exciting wine coming out of France at the moment.
