Such a slept on producer, and I really hope you're still not sleeping on the Hautes Côtes. Even in warmer vintages like this we get actual freshness, and things don't command such a silly price tag either. Throw that into 2018 pricing and we have a true bargain. Farming is truly exceptional and with 8 years off the vine this is really peaking. Full of savoury spice and tea-like spice I can't believe no one has pulled the trigger yet. Just 2 left.
