Now this is a Burgundian blend that knows how to have fun. It’s not trying to be overly fancy, but don’t be fooled, there’s still plenty going on. Drinkability is the name of the game, with crunchy cranberries, tangy rhubarb, and a hit of fresh spring strawberries. These wines are some of my favourites from the region, no one else is doing such thought-provoking, vin de soif-style wines like this. Bravo. ABV: 12.5%
