Vibe: A Lot Going On

Fruit from 2015 and 2016, a 50/50 split between the two Pinots. As usual, this is a though provoking effort from Savart. If you're looking for Champers that is built just to be knocked back, this is not it, far from it. It's a wine of continually developing and all enveloping red fruits flowing nicely into toasty, brioche-like richness. Amazing. ABV: 12.5%
