Mexican-born, Australia-based Mauricio Ruiz Cantú caught the wine bug at an early age and moved to Adelaide to study viticulture and oenology. His winemaking focuses on sustainable, fresh, approachable yet boundary-pushing, and (above all) fun wines made from climate-appropriate, 'alternative' Mediterranean grape varieties that work well in South Australia.
