This makes me giddy. Organic, old-vine Aligoté from Meursault that allows Theo to play around outside of the domaine gear. On day 2 now, and I still can't quite believe how good this is. It's energetic and elegant, and easily one of the better examples of the grape I've had to date. It's offering so much right now but I'd love to check back in after a few years. ABV: 12%
