Everything direct press, with the Chardonnay and Muscat fermenting together before being freshened up with a splash of Aligoté. This walks a tightrope balance between aromatic and lean. The nose gives florals before a sharp, sherbet-y palate of lemon and lime cleans everything up. A little tingly carbonation adds further drinkability. ABV: 12%
