An ode to the wonderous bottling under the same name from Julien Guillot. It's vibey, and it is probably the best wine I've tasted from these isles in terms of actual drinking pleasure. A co-ferment of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Pinot Meunier in various guises, formats and states of undress. There's a tension on show, combined with an exotic array of fruits that just has you going again and again and again.  ABV: 10.5%
