Maceration is often a good friend of Sauvignon. This one’s two-thirds destemmed and fermented on skins for three weeks, then aged for 24 months on the lees in used oak barrels. We've got texture, we’ve got grip, we’ve got ripe fruit. Essentially, we’ve got a very good bottle on our hands. Glück translates to happiness, and after a glass of this, that’s exactly what I feel. ABV: 12.5%
