Vibe: Natural, textural
Unmistakably Chard, unmistakably Styrian. There’s a mealy, almost oat-like character here, with plenty of that sesame-laced, smoky reduction sitting on top of all that glorious fruit. Acidity is nice and perky, as per. A great intro to Morillon. If you’re into Jura or Burg, you might want to check out this ‘lil corner of Austria. ABV: 12.5%
