The New Rose is made from the juice of the second pressings of the 2023 Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. This juice was then fermented in barrel and stainless steel using indigenous yeasts and left for 10 months before blending and bottling. This has plenty of character despite the modest ABV. Savoury and herbal vibe whilst being fruity and refreshing. It’s also a total bargain. ABV: 10%
